i realize that i've done a crappy job of updating this journal this month (and last month). sorry about that. i've been super busy with exams, then chicago, and now exams again. and my huge history paper doesn't help things. i dislike history... i can't do well. grr.

so the semester's almost over. i only have a week of classes left. then i'll be two thirds of the way through my university. i'm excited about being done. but i haven't gotten a job yet for the summer. this is problematic because i have almost no money left..... i've applied a few places and i'll apply to some more. hopefully something turns up.

i'm listening to the new christian radio station. it's great because i've been getting kind of sick of my cds. (if you want to check it out, it's 94.3 Faith fm.) they just played jon reuben and dc talk back to back which just upped my respect for them.

i bought a lot of stuff last week in chicago and i want to post pictures but i think i need to reinstall my web cam before it'll work. whenever i disconnect it without first shutting down my computer, it gets messed up.

well, i should get back to studying. i know this wasn't very interesting. hopefully next time i post it'll be more fun stuff. sorry guys.

todd's is here visiting me (currently giving me a back massage). and we're having a great time. we went to see Return of the King yesterday. i'm all pro-Lord of the Rings now because i've started reading the books. i read the first one last week and now i'm about 5 chapters into The Two Towers. they are SO GOOD! i'm enjoying them.

today i think we shall go swimming. there's an awesome pool at the rec center. it shall be fun.

but right now i'm hungry so i'm going to go eat.
